South Wonston Primary School is set within its own extensive landscaped grounds. Over the last five years the school has benefited from a substantial rebuilding programme.
The School has a number of priorities. These include supporting children who find learning difficult, and challenging the most able children; ensuring a balanced curriculum; promoting writing across the school; a commitment to high standards of behaviour and attendance. We have a new networked IT suite, a well-stocked library and the use of two halls. We have fourteen purpose built classrooms and aim for each class to be under 30 children.
We share the site in a unique partnership with the local church, providing a superb space for Drama, Music and other whole school gatherings.
