Well done to Herons who presented the assembly this morning to their parents. We learnt all about their science work on sound and how this link with their music unit of work. Having learnt about tempo, dynamics, and musical structure they then performed their version of Mamma Mia. As well as sharing some of their writing inspired by film clip 'Ruckas'.
They also told us about their art work where they have been comparing the work of the European artists: Anslem Kiefer, Le Corbusier, Michelangelo, Coco Chanel and Salvador Dali. They have even tried painting upside down just like Michelangelo!
Well done Herons.
