Plastic Free WInchester

In today's assembly we welcomed Hannah from the Plastic Free Winchester Campaign. 

She had been invited by Josh in Y5 who is really passionate about environmental issues and felt we could be doing more as a school to recycle our plastic milk cartons and water bottles. In assembly the children learnt about the damage plastic is causing in the environment as well as seeing some cool ways plastics can be reused.

Hannah invited everyone to design a poster about Being plastic free. 

Posters need to be in school for the 19th September and we will then send them into the competition.
