Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our inspirational and creative team. In this role,  you will be covering classes across the school (Yr-Y6).

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold a minimum of GCSE English and Maths at Grade C, and an NVQ 3 (or equivalent) with relevant experience.

  • Be an effective communicator with excellent literacy and numeracy skills, and accurate spoken English.

  • Have a positive attitude and the ability to work both flexibly and independently, as well as part of a team.

  • Be committed to delivering excellent, creative learning opportunities for all children.

  • Is already qualified as an HLTA or equivalent qualification

KS2 Learning Support Assistant 2 days per week

Contract/Hours:Permanent 

Salary Type:Support Staff

Salary Details:LSA Role paid at Grade C. Lunchtime Supervisor Role paid at Grade A

Salary Pro-Rata: £7093.00

Hours of Work:10.85 hours per week plus 1.5 hours per week lunchtime duty
