At South Wonston School we expect all children to wear school uniform. We believe wearing a uniform encourages pride in the school and contributes towards a school identity.
The school colours are red and grey. Children should be dressed suitably to cope with an active working day and possible changes of weather. Uniform with the School’s Logo can be purchased through ‘Skoolkit’. This can be done at either of their shops in Basingstoke or Eastleigh, on line or over the phone.

For safety and security reasons children are not permitted to wear jewellery to school. If a child has pierced ears, a small pair of plain stud earrings can be worn but they must be removed during P.E. lessons or covered with surgical tape. Where a child cannot remove and refit the studs her/himself they should not be worn to school on the day of P.E. lessons.
Watches can be worn but are the responsibility of the child.
Shoulder length or long hair must be tied back.
A small bag/rucksack may be brought to carry any equipment or food they need at school. Owing to limited storage space the bag should be as small as possible.
